Monday – Thursday 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Sunday, Friday 8:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.
Holiday eves 8:00 A.M. – 12:45 P.M.

Receipt and execution of client orders: An order from a client will be executed on the business day on which it was approved by the relevant entities at the bank. When the order is received within two hours before the end of the business day of the Foreign Trade Unit, or the transaction execution does not fall on a business day (days such as Saturday, Israeli holidays and vacation days in the destination country abroad), the charge will be made by the next business day, subject to the approval of the relevant entities at the bank.
