Through Telebank you can receive information on your accounts and perform a variety of banking operations with the banker (except on Saturdays and holidays):

  • Foreign currency – balance information, make deposits, conversions, transfers and deposit accounts
  • Transfers between your Discount accounts and transfers to a third party at the bank and at other banks

How to enroll?

Enrollment in Telebank Personal Service – Information and Procedure

Visit any Discount branch, sign an enrollment form, receive a Bancode (secret code), and immediately you will be able to enjoy our banking services during business hours.

Call Telebank Personal Service at 03-9439111 or *6111 .

Identify yourself using your ID number and Bancode (the code you received at the branch)
In case of an inquiry, please specify the date and time of the instruction

  • For data security purposes, all conversations in this service are recorded

  • The value date for transactions in NIS carried out until 6:30pm is that business day

  • The Bancode must be changed upon initial use within 30 days of its issue at the branch. If a change has not been made, the Bancode will be cancelled.

What is the TeleBank IVR system?

The TeleBank IVR system is a computer-based voice system which allows you to access information and carry out transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

You may enroll, free of charge, at any branch.

  • Checking account- balance and recent transactions, transactions on previous business days, standing orders, etc.
  • Transactions- deposits, order checkbooks, transfers between client accounts at the bank, fax services, etc. 
  • Investments- details of your securities portfolio, details of NIS deposits, savings, etc.
  • Stock exchange information, currency exchange rates and general information- information regarding securities in Israel by entering the ticker symbol or by voice command, information regarding derivatives, mutual funds, etc.
  • Change your BankCode
  • Loans for all clients, subject to account terms and conditions.
