Joining Business+

Join Business+ and benefit from advanced banking through the direct channels

Submission of a bank joining form

To sign up for our "Business+" services online, fill out and submit the form: Registration Form

Appendix A of the Registration Form: Appendix A:Select services by account, for authorized signatory

Appendix B of the Registration Form: Appendix B:Users who are not authorized signatories.

Appendix C of the Registration Form: Appendix C:Definition of the number of signatories according to type of operation.

Appendix D of the Registration Form: Appendix D:Signature composition specifications including signatory groups.

To make any changes or update your responses, fill out the Changes & Updates Form: Changes and updates in the digital service “Business+”.

Signing the form:

Who is required to sign the form?   Type of client
All of the account owners   A business that isn't a corporation
The person who was defined as the authorized signatory at the account + stamp of the corporation There is a single authorized signatory A corporation
All of the persons who were defined as the authorized signatories at the account + stamp of the corporation In the protocol of signing rights that has been submitted to the bank (form number 07-076), the corporation has chosen to carry out transactions through banking in the communication and also: there is absolute identity between the signing privileges that are detailed in the protocol that is mentioned above and the privileges that are defined in this joining form.  
  • A company – an attorney and the chairman of the board of directors / the meeting
  • A different corporation – an attorney and authorized signatories
 There is no absolute identity between the signing rights that has been submitted to the bank (form number 07-076) and the privileges that are defined in this document.  
In any other case  

The chairman of the board of directors and an attorney

Or

An attachment of the "Power of Attorney" appendix, signed by all of the authorized signatories in the account

 A company / a business that uses the "Meteor" services  

Please note: a separate form must be filled out for each Private Company or entity.

Permissions for several accounts belonging to the same Private Company or entity can be specified in a single form.

In the event that the company wishes to add to the service users who are not authorized signatories on the account (for information purposes only), they are to be mentioned in the appropriate place on the joining form, and a photo of the ID card of these users must be attached.

After the joining form has been submitted and approved by the bank, it will constitute a company protocol regarding joining the Internet services.

Upon establishment of the subscription, the owners of the subscription will be invited to receive a personal password and discode.
