Bank Liability and Data Security

Therefore, the Bank shall not be liable for any damage, loss, expense and/or consequence resulting from a malfunction and/or disruption of communication links and/or website operation and/or data transmission and/or receipt of any client instructions, if caused by malfunctions that are not within the Bank's control and which the Bank could not have prevented by expending reasonable effort.
